Two ways to do it. Both erase the same things, permanently.
It happens immediately. Nothing is queued and nothing is held back.
If you have uninstalled the app already, write to us and we will do it for you. Send the message from any address; we do not have your email on file, so we will simply delete the account ID you give us.
Your account ID is shown at the bottom of the You tab. If you no longer have it, tell us roughly when you used the app and we will help.

Reports you filed with “This looks wrong” are kept without your account ID attached. They are not linked to you afterwards, and they are what lets a wrong fee stay corrected for everyone else.
Your name, phone number, email address, location and contacts. Nowlledge never asks for any of them, so there is nothing of that kind to delete. Details in the Privacy Policy.
